Who is kaal??? Kaal is a master of 21universe.He is also known as Brahm,Jyoti Niranjan,Kshar Purush.we all live in kaal's world.All the planets including earth are the part of Kaal's world. Heaven and Hell is also included in this Kaal's world. This Kaal or Brahm is the actual "Saitan or Devil".This earth is under the domain of Kaal.
